22 TODAY’S CATHOLIC CEMETERY FOCUS JULY 3, 1998

Serving
by Rose Jimenez,
Family Counselor,
San Fernando Cemetery II

When I began my employment at Catholic Cemeteries in ’95, I was introduced to a statement coined by our superintendent, Albert J. Sanchez. This statement/rule is:

If you’re not serving a family,

you better be serving someone who is.

It has been instilled and burned into our consciousness. Periodically we find it written on our workroom blackboard and even as a gentle reminder on our PC monitor as a screen-saver.

To all our readers, know that we here at Catholic Cemeteries are at your service at all times. I look forward to serving you.
